Shipment and Delivery
Located in the heart of Vaughan, just 15 minutes north of Toronto and adjacent to Highway 400, Balmoral Lumber is ideally located for pick-up or delivery.
Our fleet of delivery vehicles ensures that you get your product when you need it most.
We also export out of town, country, and around the world through the use of common couriers.
Shipments are F.O.B. seller's shipping point.
Any claims for shortages or damages suffered in transit shall be submitted by the Buyer in writing, directly to Balmoral Lumber within 48 hours.
While the seller will use all reasonable commecial efforts to maintain the delivery date acknowledged or quoted by seller, all shipping dates are approximate.
A delivery charge is applicable to orders under $250.00
Returns, Claims, and Damages
All returned items must be authorized in advance.
There will be a 20% restocking charge for goods returned.
All orders of special size, thickness, face cut or non-stock items are not cancellable once ordered and accepted by Balmoral Lumber and Millwork LTD.
The deposits on these items are not refundable.
Balmoral Lumber reserves the right not to take back any product that is damaged by handling, or improper storage.
There are no returns on pieces under 4 ft long or cut pieces.
There are no returns on items installed or finished.
Due to the nature of plywoods, they are not returnable.
Returns must be made within 30 days of the original shipment date.
All products sold by Balmoral Lumber will remain the property of Balmoral Lumber until paid in full.
For settlement of delinquent or bankrupt accounts, we reserve the right to repossess any or all products.
